SUPREME COURT.

(Before His Honour Mr. Justice Sim.) There was a brief sitting of the Supremo Court yesterday. George llcnry Broome petitioned for tjie dissolution of his marriage with Alice Mary Broome on the ground of her misconduct with Andrew Doyle. The marriage, it was stated, took place at the Salvation Army Citadel, Wellington, on OcMior -ti, 1002. In July, 1912. Mrs. Broome left her husband and had not since returned. The case was adjourned till Monday text for corroborative evidence as to the alleged misconduct to be produced. Mr, 11. E. Evans appeared an counsel for Broome.
