[Bpeoinlly Written for The Dominion.] FRIDAY. Kidney Soup. Boiled Schnnppor. Oyster Sauce. Potatoes. Cauliflower. Apricot Pudding. APRICOT PUDDING. Six ounces breadcrumbs. Goz. flour, i tc-aspoou carbonato of soda, lib. suet (beef), 2oz. sugar, i tin apricot jam, h gill milk, 1 egg. Sift the Hour and soda together, N flour tho suet, and chop finely, rub into the flour, add the breadcrumbs, sugar, and jam beating the egg, add it to tho mill;, and pour into dry ingredients; mix well; hteani in a greased mould 3 hours. Serve with sweet sauce. FOR TO-MORROW. Stock, macaroni, 1 neck of mutton, suet. FOR SUNDAY. Stock, whito vegetables, round of beef, apples, pastry, asparagus, salad, Capo gooseberries. Defiance Butter. All Grocers.'
