The New Plymouth-Wellington Down Mail train will iiot stop at Otaki, but will ?top at Manakaii to permit.passengers for Otaki to be transferred to the 5.15 p.m. special from Manakau. The New Ply-mouth-Wellington Down Mail train will stop elsewhere as usual.
