LOCOMOTIVE SHORTAGE.
EIGHTY REQUIRED. By Association—Copyright (Rec. May 28, 8 p.m.) Sydney, May 28. ■ A. shortage of locomotives is crippling railway traffic. Local shops are unable to meet the demand and the Chief Commissioner of Railways has asked the Government to import eighty locomotives at a cost of £500,000.
