(Specially Written /or The Dominion.] Artichoke Soup. Potato Pie. Spinnach. American Pudding. POTATO PIE. One pound minced meat, one desertspoonful chopped parsley, ono i»ll of stock or gravy, cold mashed potatoes, ncpper and salt to taste, a little butter. Lino 6ide of pie-dish with mashed potatoes, fill with meat nicely seasoned and mixed with parsley and a little tomato sauce if wished. Mould the rest of the potnto carefully over the meat to look as much like pastry as possible and smooth with knife (lipped in not water. Put little pieces of butter on top and bake in moderate oven for one hour.
