FORECAST AND SUMMARY.
Present indications arc lor strong northerly and westerly winds, changing to southerly. Cloudy, colder, and unsettled weather with rata is probable generally. The barometer will prob- ■ ably fall further in the north, but rise temporarily in the south. Northerly winds have increased, strong to galo, in parts, tho barometer falling, especially in the south.
