At Marquetter, Michigan, Mr. Roosevelt has commenced a libel suit against George Nowett, newspaper publisher, for accusing him of drunkenness during the Presidential campaign. ROBERT SIEVIER SUED. London, May 26. Paget, a bookmaker, has sued Robert Sievier for libel for accusing him of "welshing" Lady Conyngham.
