Collins, Chairman of the Cattle Markets Committee,' states that the Corporation of London is negotiating with tho Government with a view to reviving Deptford market. It could, Mr. Collins says, be made a centre for colonial supplies. Besides the advantage this would be in pcace time, it would render Great Britain independent of foreign countries in time of war.
