c FORECAST AND SUMMARY. Present indications are for increasing northerly winds and a falling barometer everywhere. Fair to cloudy weather probahlo generally, and at times dull and foggy. Considerable rain ia likely to follow in a day or two from a disturbance which is still in evidence to tho westward of tho Dominion, thouch conditions arc less ominous to-day. The barometer has fallen considerably in tho south, and northerly and easterly breezes have prevailed. Much fog has been reported, but fair to cloudy weather has prevailed. D. 0. BATES.
