By Telegraph.—Press Association—Copyright Paris, May 2G. .\n International Boxing Union lias been established to prepare definite final rules for championships of the world, and decide disputes. Tho union consists of representatives of the New York State Athletic Commission and the Belgian and French Boxing Federations, but tho National Sporting Club has been omitted, on the ground that it is not sufficiently important to take part in an international organisation.
