ANNUAL MEETING. The annual meeting of the Wellington branch of the New, Zealand Civil Service Association was held last night in the Masonic Hall,- Boulcott Street. Mr. C. E. C. The main features of the new rules are the broadening of Hie present rules, and a proposal for ibe previous of free legal assistance to those members who have complaints, and find it ntcossary to take them bel'oro the Public Servico Commissioners.
