BOMB IN A PARCEL.

EXPLOSION KILLS CHINESE GENERAL. ByTelegraph Press Association—OopyTlffht (Rec. May 26, 10.30 p.m.) Peking, May 26. A pariel containing a bomb exploded, killing General Hupagsan, commander at Yangchow, and a staunch supporter of General Yuan-Shih-Kai, tho President. General Hupagsan, commonly called "The Tiger," was an ardent oollector of porcelain, and sent an order to Shanghai for a choice piece of ware.

On its arrival, when the General lifted the cover, there was a terrific explosion. The General was killed, and a servant was horribly mangled.
