[Speoially Written for Thb Dominion.] TUESDAY. • Kidney Soup. Savoury Tripe. Potatoes. Boiled Onions. Lemon Sago. Cream. LEMON SAGO. Three good tablespoons sago, 1 scant pint of water, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 tablespoon golden syrup, rind and juico 1 lemon. . Wash tie sago thoroughly, put it in a saucepan with a pint of cold' water, boil till quite clear, stirring frequently. Add the golden syrup, sugar, and grated lemon rind and juice, and stir over the i firo .until it boils. Pour into a wetted' piedish. Let it set, and then re-heat in tho oven if preferred hot. . FOR TO-MOKROW. Stock. One pint lentils (soaked ovot' night). Pieco of corned beef. Carrots. Turnips. Parsnips. Suet. Figs. ~ Dofianoe Butter. All Grooers. 4
