The New Zealand Loan anil Mercantile Agency Company report:—At Fcildinc on Friday wo had a cood entry or plifep and a fair yarding of cattle. .Sheep sold well, and with the exception of one pen we had a total clearance. At Kiinbolton on Wednesday we had a fair entry of sheep, but few cattle. Sheep sold freely at late rauf. Dalgcty and Co.. Ltd.,- report as follows on their Levin sale, held on Friday:—We offered a larcc yarding of both sheep nnd cattle to a. cood attendance of the public. Competition was not very brisk at the start, but brightened up considerably as the sale went on. The demand for yoiinE cattle was keener than at the previous sale, and we disposed of the bulk of our yarding nt the following prices:— Two and four-tooth wethers, to lfe.; twotooth to f.f.m. owes, to 15s. 3d.; f.m. do., to 6s. Bd.; lambs, is. 2d. to 6s„ to 6s. Sd.: rams, to 113.; fat owes, Ks. sd„ 14s. 6d., to 14s. Messrs. Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report:—At Levin on Friday wo offered a full yarding of both sheep and cattle. Fat sheep sold readily, but lambs and store sheep met rather a drawing sale, although sales in most instances were effected at satisfactory prices.
