Lieutenant Trench and Mr. Bertrand Stewart, who were imprisoned in Germany for some time on charges of espionage, and who with Lieutenant Brandon, have just been released by tho Kaiser as a mark of clemency on the occasion of the wedding of his Majesty's daughter,' received an oration on their arrival at Victoria Station.
