The Rugby Union stato that th<??r programme for this afternoon promises to provide an excellent afternoon's sport. The meeting between the leading teams Pelono and Athletic is billed for Athletic Park. Both have an unbeaten record. As an additional item, a special harriers teams raco will be run. About 55 harriers. liave signified their intention of facing tho starter in the two miles event, which will be run during tlio spell. On account of tho harriers' race, tho union ask that, patrons abstain from tho practice of trespassing on the playing area at half-time.
