Brown: 13 steerage for all ports. AORANGI FROM 'FRISCO. Aorangi, R.M,S>, of tho Union Company's fleet arrived in the stream at Wellington from San Francisco, via way ports, at 7.35 p.m. yesterday. A report of the voyage, supplied by the purser, stated that tho Aorangi left fian Francisco on April .30, and encountered heavy following seas for three days, thence fine weather to Papeete, which port was nittdo at 9 a.m. on 31ay 12. The vessel continued hor journey the following day, calling at Itarotonga on May 15. From tho latter port the Aorangi experienced strong ga.lcs,and heavy head seas till sho ,ivas one day's etcam from tho New Zealand COilGt. Tho local offlco of tho Union Company have been advised that the Aparima was to havo left Cardiff this week for Colombo, via Suez. From the Ceylon port the -ressol proceeds' to Calcutta to take the JulyAugHGt loading berth for New Zealand. The Aparima will como down via Singapore and Sarnarang. Messrs. Bannatyne and Co. advise that the coastal steamer Eakiuro will be dispatched from Wellington for Lyttelton today. Tho Hlmitaugi left Lyttelton for the Chatham Islands at 1 p.m. yesterday. An arrival at Lyttelton from Sydney vesterday was the F. and S. Line's Dorset. Homo loading will bo completed at tho southern port, and departure taken for Liverpool and Avonmouth on May 26. Tho Government steamer Hinemoa arrived at Wellington from Cook Strait lighthouses yesterday. Before proceeding south next week the vessel's boilers mil bo blown down. The Ilinemoa is being sent soutli in connection with H.M.S. Now Zealand's visit to tho South Island.
