OFFICER ON WATCH CENSURED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, May 21. Tho court-martial regarding the collision between the battleship Centurion during her steam trials in the English Channel in December last, and the Italian steamer Derna, 2210 tons, owned by L. Mezzano, of Genoa, which resulted in the loss of the Derna, reprimanded Lieutenant Hector Boyco, the officer of the watch at the time of tho oollission for hazarding the Centurion by default.

[Captain Guy Gaunt, the commander of the Centurion, had previously been acquitted. The collision occurred on a dark night, when the battleship was travelling at a speed of 20 knots.!
