One tin salmon, 4oz. brown breadcrumbs, 2oz. dry cheese, 1 tablespoon vinegar, grated nutmeg, }oz. butter, salt, and cayenne. Greaso a piedish thickly, cover bottom with breadcrumbs, sprinkle over a little grated cheeso aud vinegar, then a layer of salmon, and continue till all tho ingredients are used up, having cheese and breadcrumbs for top layer. Put small pieces of butter hero and there over tho top. Babe in a moderately hot oven from 15 to 20 minutes. FOR TO-MORROW. Stock. Currv powder. Rice. Cold pork. Tomatoes. Celery. Suet. FOR SUNDAY. Apples. Stock (fish). Oysters. Leg of mutton, boned. Stuffing. Tongue. Salad. Sponge cake. Pastry. Defiance Butter. All Grocers.*
