(Specially Written for The Dominion.] THURSDAY. Brown Vegetable Soup. Boast Loin of Pork. Apple Sauce. Potatoes. Cauliflower. Stewed Fruit. Sago Pudding. Cream. Tiro quarts ijood stock, 2 onions, half a head of celery, loz. dripping or butter. 1 tomato, 2 carrots, 1 turnip, a small piece of parsnip, loz. flour. Wash and peel tlio regetables, cut up roughly, make the fat hot in a saucepan, and fry all the vegetables until brown; add the flour, cook three minutes; add the stock, stir alt together until boiling; simmer for an hour; skim carefully, and then rub through a sieve; season to taste, brill© to tlio boil again, and serve. FOR TO-MORROW. Stock. Vegetables. Ono Tin Salmon. 'Rice. Breadcrumbs. Apples. Suet. Defiance Butter. All Grooers.'
