[Bpaoially Written for The Dominion.] WEDNESDAY. Onion Soup. Rabbit Pie. Potatoes. Vegetable Marrow. Mrs. Spencer s Pudding. Sweet Sauce. BABBIT PIE. One rabbit, 2' hard-boiled eggs, 1 dessertspoon chopped parsley, 1 tablespoon flour, salt, and pepper, bacon, 6oz. rough puff pastry, 1 pint stock or water. First prepare the contents of the piedish by washing the rabbit in suit and water, and cut it into nice joints; fill tho with, first a layer of rabbit dipped in flour, pepper and salt, eggs sliced, and bacon cut in small pieces; continuo until the pie-dish is full; pour stock into dish. Make tho pastry, cover the piedish ; ornament with rose and leaves, make hole in top; glaze, and bake in a hot oven for the first 20 minutes, then in a cooler oven, or on top of tho stove, on an asbestos mat. for about } hour longer, to finish cooking the meat inside the pie. FOR TO-MORROW. Cauliflower. Stock. White vegetables. Loin of Pork. Stuffing. Apples, l'ruit for stewing. Defiance Butter. All Grocers.'
