THEIR TRIP HElffi NOW SETTLED,
As a result of negotiations which have | been in progress for some time past between the New Zealand Amatcui Alh-k-tic Association and the American l»i. arrangements havo now been made for th dispatch of a tourin* team of American athletes, consisting of four members with a manager, to visit New .Zealand JJ 1 ' Australia at tho end of this yea}'. Inoy will arrive in New Zealand on December 8, and will commence their tournaments against New Zealand teams at Inyercaigill on December 13, the remainder oi their itinerary being as follows:—Curistchurch, December 1G; Dunedin, December 20; Wellington, December 2b and -i. One of the Wellington meetings will be under the auspices of the Wellington Centre and the-other under tho of the New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association. Masterton, January 1. 1014; Wanganui, January 3; Palmerston North, January 7; Auckland, Jnnuary 10; Kototub, January li; Hamilton, January If. The team will leave for Australia, via Auckland, on January 10. The personnel of the team has not yet been determined.
