At tho Supreme Court, in the caso against Edward Sheelian, who shot a companion named George Fyfe at laraliekei, tho charge was reduced to one of manslaughter. Accused pleaded guilty. The Judge said he would not send the boy to gaol, but to a reformatory, and remanded him for sentence till luosday.
