Thomas Mackenzie, High Commissioner for New Zealand, interviewed in respect to the scheme advocated by the "Morning Post" for the establishment by the Dominions ot a farm for the preliminary training of youthful emigrants, said it was possible that the overseas Governments might lie induced to conjointly establish a training farm ill England with a staff acquainted with ovorseas agricultural conditions.
