Bulgaria states that the Porte proposes reforms in Asia Minor dividing the country into districts under British inspectors, with gendarmerie officered by Englishmen. Turkey will also admit all parts of the Empire to self-government. ABDUL HAMID ILL. (Rec. May 20, 0.15 a.m.) Constantinople, May 19. Abdul Hamid, the ex-Sultan, now in captivity, Is reported-to be seriously ill. RESERVISTS DISBANDED. Vienna, May 18. Fifty thousand Austro-Hungarian reservists have been disbanded, but the ieservists in Bosnia-Herzegovina and Dalmatia are to to retained with the colours. A BULGARIAN LOAN. (Rec. May-19, 11 p.m.) Paris, May 19. Bulgaria has arranged a million six per centum loan.
