SALVING S.S. MANAROA.
GOOD PROGRESS REPORTED. Good salvage work is being done in connection with the wrecked steamer Manaroa, which sank off the Beef Barrels recently. The vessel has been raised, and has now been taken 12ft- up the Well. There is every probability that the little vessel will bo salved, and possibly made suitable to resume running again. Mr. A. Walker, representing Lloyd's returned to the scene of operations on Saturday.
