(Specially Written for Tuk Dominion.] SAT Ul! DAY. While Soup. Grilled Steak. Potatoes, linked Parsnips, MarmaUulo Pudding. SUNDAY. Tomato Soup. Roast Veal, Boiled Bacon. Baked Potatoes. Cauliflower. Queen Pudding. Compoto ot Pears. Crcaui. FOE SUPPER. Cold Roast Veal. Tomato and Celery Salad. French Dressing. Apple Tart. Moating Island. FLOATING ISLAND. One pint milk, 2 eggs, 1J teaspoon flavouring, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 dessertspoon cumliour, pink sugar. Make a nieely-liavoured boiled custard, keeping back tho whites of the eggs; when slightly cool pour into a glass dish; beat the whites to a still troth, add 1 dessertspoon icing sugar. Have a little milk in a small frying-pan, heat it, and put in tho whites, 1 teaspoon at a time, and when set, lift out and drain; when drained, sprinkle a little pink sugar over each place at intervals on the custard, or grated nutmeg may l>o used.
