Satisfactory arrangements havo been made for the payment of the Guatemala]] Government's loan debts. It is reported that a Stale Department Amortization Fund has been created. [A recent cable message stated that tho British cruiser Aeolus, 3GOO tons, had sailed to enforce the bondholders' claims against Guatemala, in respect to default on loan repayments.]
