TO TRAIN BOY EMIGRANTS.

The "Morning Post" is advocating the establishment by the Dominions of a farm for the preliminary training of vouthful emigrants. Sir John M'Call, Agent-General lor Tasmania, in an interview, said it would be just tho thing for Board School bo>s, but the public school lads wero older, and mostly had some littlo means, and it would bo -better for them to get their experience in Australia.
Sir Newton Tames .Moore, Agent-General for Western Australia, said ho was doubtful as to the success of tho scheice, owing to tho different conditions overseas.
