Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Wellington, to sell by public auction at their Rooms, •RANGITIKEI STREET, PALMERSTON NORTH, "on SATURDAY, tho 31st day of MAY, 1913, at 1 p.m., the following Freehold and Leasehold Lands:— FREEHOLD-FIRST: All that piece of land containing 249 acres 3 roods 13 perches, bo the same a little more or less, being Section 267, Block XV. Kairanga Survey District, and being tho whole of the. land comprised and described in Certificate of Title. Volume 76, folio 36, together with all the appurtenances thereto belonging. This property is situated at Tiritea, about three miles from Palmerston North by excellent roads. Tho, soil is a black loam on sandy clajv Most suitable property for dairy or fattening farm. Tliero is a good large 8-roomed House erected on the property, also stable, woolshed, cowshed, and other buildings. SECONDLY: All that piece of land containing 149 acres 16 .perches, being the Native Laud Court Subdivision, Horowlienua 9 B, Number 1, and being , tho wholo of the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 122, folio 124, together with all tho appurtenances thereto belonging.
