Terms: 10 per cent, cash on day o' sale; 10 per cent, in 12 months (or buildings lo the value of 10 per cent, erected); (on township sections, 50 per cent, on day of sale); balance in 5 yearn ats per cent; with right to pay off sums of not less than £100 at nnj* halfyearly interest day. Where specified, purchasers will have the right to take one or mora adjoining sections.
