RISE IN SHIPPING FREIGHTS'. By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright Melbourne, May 15. Shippers confirm Sir James Mills's announcement in Auckland that an early advance in freight rates is inevitable owing to the> increases- in wages. A iriso of from 10 to 15 per centum ill freights is mentioned, but an advance in passenger rates is not anticipated at present.
