SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present Indications are for oold p,nd stormy weather generally—increasing hazo and cloudiness in the north, preceding heavy rain. Southerly winds, . strong to gale, and veering to easterly, tho barometer falling in the north, but with a, rising tendency shortly in tho south. Strong westerly winds have prevailed, with gales at times, in the south. The weather is fair to cloudy on parts of the Hast Coast, but rain olid hail arc reported on the West Coast and in tho south.
