LOSS OF NAVY PLANS.
❖ OFFICIALS ALARMED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Ucc. May 11, 10 p.m.) Washington, May It. The United States. Navy Department has issued a statement regarding the loss of uncompleted plans of the electric wiring for tho new battleship Pennsylvania, during the celebrations on tho occasion of the Presidential inauguration. The officials declare that the plans are valueless, but are alarmed because, similar thefts have been frequent -recently.
