About two cupfuls of boiled rice, 2 onions, 3 gills of gravy, chopped parsley, butter, sail, and pepper, cold mutton. ■Thickly grease a pieilish, put in n layer of rice, then some thin slices of meat, the onion dn very thin rings; season with salt, popper, and parsley; continue till all is used, having rice tor the top layer; add the gravy, cover with greased paper, and bake in a moderate oven from 15 to 50 minutes; turn on to a hot dish anil serve.
