The "Standard's" Haguo correspondent states that the German Minister is pressing Holland lo relinquish her rights to a small strip of foreshore, to enable the Dutch Vulcaan Company, controlled by thc Thyssens Coal and Iron Company, of the Rhine, to establish a private harbour works beside the new waterway between the North Sea. and Rotterdam. The projcct is- considered to be fraught with sinister possibilities.
