ALLIES ACCEDE TO TREATY TERMS.
BULGARIA TO SIGN. WITHDRAWAL OF TURKISH TROOPS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, May 12. Tho Allies' reply to the Powers' Note as to tho terms of the preliminary agreement in the peace negotiations with Turkey, has been delivered. It finally and unreservedly accepts tho Powers' basis of mediation. . The Bulgarian Minister in lowkm has been authorised to sign peace preliminaries. (Rec. May 13, 9.10 p.m.) London, May 13. The Allies' reply takes nolo of the exclusion of their reservations relating to Albania and the Aegean Islands. Nevertheless, tho Allies state that they cannot believe that they will not bo allowed to discuss questions affecting their vital interests, and arising out of a victorious war of liberation. The Allies agreo that the difference between these two standpoints ought not to interrupt tho peace negotiations. (Rec. May 14, 0.15 a.m.) London, May 13. Tho newspapers declare that noiv tho reservations have been reduced, it is piously to bo wished that nothing will prevent tho signature of the preliminary peace treaty immediately.
BULGARIA AND GREEK CONFLICTS. APOLOGIES. Salonika, May 12. The Bulgarian casualties, as the result of the conflicts with tho Greeks at Leftera, totalled three hundred. Saratoff, formerly Bulgarian Minister at Constantinople, is proceeding to Athens to negotiate, with Greece in conjunction with tho Bulgarian Minister for an agreement on the question of the delimitation of frontiers. TURKS FOB ASIA MINOR. (Rec. May 13, 9.40 p.m.) Constantinople, May 13. Turkish transports airs proceeding' to embark Essad Pasha's troops at Durazzo, and Djavid Bey's at Valona. The troops total 30,000 men, and tho majority of them are destined for Asia Minor.
