Bryan, .Secretary of State, Mr. Marshall (Vice-President), and tho Speaker of tho House of lieprcsentatives attended a banquet given by tho Congress in the evening. Mr. Marshall addressed tho delegates,, and in his speech favoured arbitration on every difference likely to arise between . tho nations.
