Mutual concessions have been made by tho Boilermakers' and tlio Shipwrights' Unions. AYork on the construction of the Australian warships has been resumed. [Tho boilerruakcrs employed at Cockatoo Island Dock, numbering four hundred men, declined to work with imported shipwrights under what they claimed were not Australian conditions.] SERIOUS RAILWAY DISPUTE. OVER A SHILLING FINE. London, May 11. ! A serious dispute lias occurred on the Great Northern Railway through & driver refusing to pay a shilling fiuc for alleged breach of discipline.
