The Dunedin City Council invites Architects to submit in competition designs ana estimates of. a Town Hall proposed to bo added to the present Municipal Buildings at a cost not to exceed £30,000. The designs and estimates will be submitted in a Preliminary Competition in which four designs will be chosen, the authors of which will each receive an honorarium of £75, providing they respond to an invitation to compete in a final competition. An additional sum of £100 will be paid to the author of the selected design in tho final competition. . All designs, with envelopes marked as set out in the Conditions of Competition, must reach the undersigned (to whom all inquiries regarding the competition must be addressed) not later than tho 23rd Julv, 1913. Mr. S. . Hurst Seager, F.R.1.8.A., of Christchurch, N.Z., has been appointed as Assessor to draw up tho Conditions of Competition and to conduct the competition.
