The agreement,.which Rumania and Bulgaria have signed gives to the former the town of Silistria, with fortifications, and also an increase of territory with a frontier from Popina, on the Danube, to Kokardja (south-west of Silistria), and thence to Capo Shablah, in tho Black Sea.
