A group of officers have written to Nazim Pasha's widow promising to aveuge Nazim's death. Tlio Military League, they declare, is preparing a blow. SCUTARI EVACUATED. PRESS APPROVAL OF KING NICHOLAS. (Rec. May 11, 5.5 p.m.) Cetinje, May 10. The Governor of Scutari and Admiral Burney, commander of the international blockade squadron, have signed the evacuation protocol. The Montenegrin troops are withdrawing. Twenty houses and large quantities of silks, carpet-, and fancy goods have been burned at Scutari. The newspapers deplore the evacuation, but approve King Nicholas's action. RUMANIA'S SHARE. I AGREEMENT WITH BULGARIA SIGNED. ■ (Rec. May 11, 5.5 p.m.) St. Petersburg, May 10. The agreement,.which Rumania and Bulgaria have signed gives to the former the town of Silistria, with fortifications, and also an increase of territory with a frontier from Popina, on the Danube, to Kokardja (south-west of Silistria), and thence to Capo Shablah, in tho Black Sea.

Cctinje, May 9. Tho Montenegrin Government is satisfied with Austria's demands regarding Roman Catholic converts and the Father Angelus incident. Montenegro will erect a memorial to Father Angelus and concede freedom to. converts.
