The "Daily Telegraph's" Peking correspondent reports that Austria demands a share of the five Power loan to the extent of tlireo and a lialf millions, and that the demand has surprised the Tire Power Syndicate. Investigations show that tho Austrian group consists of the lOiipp and Skoda works, which are allied to secure a monopoly of the Chinese arms' and stool market.
