They accuse the Pretender to tho Throno of Annam of bribing them -to throw tho bombs., ,It was reported last month (March 28) that an Annamese threw a bomb in a crowded cafo at Hanoi, killing Majors Ahatius and Mongrent and wounding six Europeans and five natives*. It was stated that the plot had been hatched in China, whence revolutionaries are subsidising the the Anhameso revolutionaries in Hanoi.
