[Specially Written for The Dominion.] MONDAY. Celery soup. Exeter stew. Potatoes, leeks. West Killing pudding. Sweet saute. WEST HIDING PUDDING. Six ounces flour, 3oz. sugar, 3oz. butter, 2 egg'-, jam, 1 teaspoonful baking powder, salt, I) tablcspomifuls milk. Cream tho butter and Mignr; add eggs, unbeaten, with the milk; teat well before adding flour and powder. Flavour with a little essence. Put. half the mixture into a buttered piedish, then a layer of apricot jam, then remainder of mixture. Bake, about three-quarters of an hour, and serve with sweet sauce. FOR TO-JIOEROW. Stock. Artichokes. Leg of mutton. Suet. Apples. Defiance Butter. All Grocers.*
