.. APRIL -GRADING RETURNS. Returns compiled by the Fields and Experiments Division of the Department of Agriculture show that the total number of bales of hemp graded at the ports of the Dominion last month was 18,620, as compared with 9169 for the corresponding month of Inst year,, nn increase of 9151 tales. Tor the twelve months ending April 30, 1913, tho number of bales graded was 129,993, as compared with 88,373 for the previous twelve months; the increase being 11,618 bales.
