Referring to tho New Hebrides the report of the Foreign Missions Committee of tho New South Wales Presbyterian Assembly says: "Tho condominium is working unsatisfactorily. The supplying of liquor to the natives still continues." Tho coinniitteo lias recommended the Assembly to express regret at the continuance of abuses and onco more urge tho Australian and Imperial Governments to tako steps to put a stop to these injustices.
