The members and officials of the Illinois State Assembly witnessed a scries of boxing bouts, including ono between two members of the Assembly, with a view to deciding whether to legalise boxing contests within the State. The State ■ Legislature is now considering a Bill on the question of permitting the holding of boxing contests.
