THE MURDER OF SUNG.
A CONFESSION. Br Telesrauli- -Press Association—Conyrieht , , Peking, May 6. Hung Chuesa (Secretary to tho premier), who was the instigator of tfie murder of Sung, ex-Minister for Education, has taken refuge, in the German sphero at Tsing-tau.
He has confessed to having fraudulently ■used the name of tho Cabinet in order to expose Sung, whom ho accused of forgery in Japan, whore, he says, a warrant was issued. He adds that he never contemplated murder.
