SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications are for unsettled, cold, and showery weather strongly south, to . south-easterly winds will probably ore* vail. The barometer is very unsteady, but should soon riso everywhere, and prove hish in the souttt for a short time. Barometric pressure is still considerably below normal, and very unsteady.
