ROBBERS RAID BULLFINCH MINE.

May 1, 5.5 p.m.) Perth, May 1. - Shortly after midnight on Friday, as two watchmen of tho Bullfinch Kino were sitting outside the cyanide house, two men approached and commenced chatting. Suddenly each -of them drew out a revolver and ordered the watchmen to put tip their hand's. One of them then went iu search of the -third caretaker, wlio was secured and .placed alongside his mates, one of tho robbers standing guard over them, while the second robber relieved them of their revolvers and keys of the cyanide rooni9 and battery sheds. This done, the robbers locked the captured caretakers in an empty room, where one of them still remained on guard, while the. other entered tho assay shed and secured sliigs of gold valtied at ,£3OOO. After this the robbers both decamped, leaving the caretakers locked up in the room, where they remained tilt tbe nrfival of the stalf next morning. There is no clue as to the identity of the robbers.
